  Seasoned Butter & Canola Oil, at room temperature 25 g
• 4 corn cobs, husked
• ½ tsp Sensations by Compliments Roasted Garlic
  & Sweet Pepper seasoning (grinder) 2 mL
• 1 lb lean ground beef 500 g
• 1 tsp ground coriander 5 mL
• 1 tsp ground cumin 5 mL
• ½ tsp chili flakes 2 mL
• ¼ tsp salt 1 mL
• ½ baguette, cut into four sections, sliced lengthwise
• ¼ English cucumber, thinly sliced
• 1/2 cup plain 2% yogourt 125 mL
• 4 lemon wedges
• 4 wooden skewers, soaked
