To taste ground pepper
MAPLE MUSTARD

old-style mustard

Dijon mustard

CHIVE CRÈME FRAÎCHE
1/2 cup
crème fraiche
125 mL

chives, chopped

MICROGREEN SALAD

crunchy microgreens, or other variety

1 tbsp
olive oil

balsamic vinegar

fresh dill, chopped (optional)

Directions

Step 1
Thaw the fish according to their package instructions.
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients for each side.
Step 3
Place the sides in bowls and serve the platter with an assortment of crackers.

Tip

Chef’s secret: Start pickling the onion before you prepare the other sides.
