Preheat oven to 230°C (450°F). Place naan breads on parchment paper-lined baking sheet(s).
Spread naans with tomato sauce. Sprinkle with the whole roasted garlic cloves and mozzarella. Top with pancetta, sausage and sundried tomatoes. Finish by sprinkling with the Grana Padano Cheese.
Bake 12 to 15 min., or until the cheeses are melted and edges of the naan are golden brown. Remove from oven. Cool slightly. Garnish each pizza with a slice of prosciutto and basil leaves. Lightly drizzle with olive oil. Slice and serve.
