Pomegranate Sangria

Ingredients

  • 3 cups red wine (Pinot Noir, Rioja, Zinfandel, Shiraz etc.) 750 mL
  • 3 cups pomegranate Italian soda 750 mL
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries 250 mL
  • 2 ripe plums, halved, pitted and thinly sliced
  • 1 orange, quartered and sliced
  • 1/2 bunch fresh mint, plus sprigs for garnish
  • ice

Directions

  • Step 1

    In a large pitcher stir together wine, Italian soda, fruit and mint. Serve immediately over ice.
