Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Arrange broccoli, florets up, on parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
In small bowl, whisk together oil, garlic, chili and salt. Brush over broccoli. Sprinkle 2 tbsp (30 mL) Parmesan over top.
Bake 15 to 18 min. until broccoli tender-crisp. Transfer to platter. Sprinkle with remaining 2 tbsp (30 mL) Parmesan cheese.
Make this kid-friendly by omitting the chili.
