Ingredients

Sensations 72% Cocoa Baking Chocolate, finely chopped
125 g
1/2 cup
milk
125 mL
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract
2 mL
1/4 tsp
ground cinnamon
1 mL
pinch each cayenne and salt
2 tsp
toasted sesame seeds
10 mL

Directions

Step 1
Combine chocolate, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, cayenne and sea salt in double boiler set over barely simmering water. Cook, stirring occasionally, 5 to 8 min. until chocolate is melted and smooth. Transfer to fondue pot; keep warm over low heat.
Step 2
Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with Compliments Shortcake Cookies for dipping, if desired.

Tip

Alternatively, dip chopped fruit such as strawberries, mango, banana or pineapple.
Gently reheat any leftover fondue and serve over ice cream.
