Ingredients

1 wheel
double cream Brie cheese
200 g
1 tbsp
chopped, fresh thyme
15 mL
1/4 tsp
pepper
1 mL
2 tbsp
honey
30 mL

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Slice a thin layer of rind off the top of the Brie; place the cheese cut side up in the Compliments Brie Baker. Sprinkle thyme and pepper on top of the cheese. Drizzle with honey, cover with the lid and bake for 20 to 25 min., until soft and bubbly. Serve warm with sliced pears and crackers.
