• 12 chicken wings or drummettes
• 1 tbsp steak spice 15 mL
• 2 tsp chopped fresh thyme 10 mL
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 125 mL
• 1/3 cup Sensations by Compliments No Limits Barbecue Sauce 75 mL
• 2 tsp Compliments Oh Mama! Buffalo Wing Sauce, or to taste 10 mL
• 4 tsp chopped fresh chives 20 mL
