Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Lightly grease a foil-lined baking sheet. Season chicken with steak spice and thyme. Toss with flour, shaking off excess. Arrange chicken on prepared baking sheet. Bake, turning occasionally, 50 min. to 1 hr., or until golden brown and crispy.
Meanwhile, mix barbecue sauce with wing sauce in large bowl. Add chicken and toss to coat. Sprinkle with chives. Serve with vegetable sticks, if desired.
