2 bunches
Cilantro | chopped
3⁄4 Cup
Fava beans
150 g
3⁄4 Cup
Green peas
150 g
Jalapeño | finely chopped
1 bunch
Spring onions | finely chopped
4 tbsp
Extra virgin olive oil
Limes | juiced


Step 1

Boil beans and peas in salt water, then chop to make a rough paste. Mash avocado with a fork.

Step 2

Combine mashed peas, beans and avocado with spring onion, jalapeño, 3⁄4 lime juice and 3⁄4 olive oil.

Step 3

Toss cilantro with remaining lime juice and olive oil, and use it to garnish the guacamole.

Step 4

Serve with crunchy tortilla chips!
