Ingredients

Wild Atlantic Canada Sea Scallops (20-40 ct), thawed, rinsed and patted dry

Mango Curry Barbecue Sauce

lime, cut in half

finely chopped chives

Directions

Step 1
Preheat barbecue to high. Push a skewer through sides of 2 scallops, repeat for remaining scallops. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Set scallops onto grill. Brush with mango curry sauce and grill until cooked through and lightly charred, 2 to 3 min. per side.
Step 3
Using tongs transfer skewers to a platter, squeeze lime juice overtop and sprinkle with finely chopped chives.
