Panache Original Thin Pizza Crust

Sardo Pesto

grated Tre Stelle Mozzarella Ball
250 mL/120 g

drained, sliced Sardo Marinated Artichokes Hearts
250 mL/150 g
1/3 cup
drained, coarsely chopped sundried tomatoes
75 mL/60 g
6 Slices
Mastro Calabrese Hot, cut into thick strips

Compliments Original Goats Cheese

2 tbsp
thinly sliced green onion

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 230°C (450°F). Place pizza crust on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Spread pesto on crust. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Scatter on artichokes, sundried tomatoes and sliced meat. Finish by roughly crumbling the goats cheese on top.
Step 2
Bake 8 to 10 min., until mozzarella is melted, goats cheese is softened and crust is golden brown. Remove from oven. Garnish with green onions. Slice and serve.
