Cream Cheese & Fresh Apple Bagel

Ingredients

  • 1 whole-wheat bagel
  • 1/4 cup spreadable cream cheese 60 mL
  • 1 tbsp dried cranberries or raisins 15 mL
  • 1 tsp honey 5 mL
  • 8 thin slices apple

Directions

  • Step 1

    Toast bagel halves. Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix the cream cheese and dried cranberries or raisins. Spread mixture on bagel halves. Drizzle with honey. Top with apple slices. Serve open-faced.
