In medium bowl, use the back of a spoon to mix together butter, parsley, chives, thyme, garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and salt.
Scoop mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap. Wrap the butter mixture; roll into a log about 1-in. (2.5-cm) thick. Chill until firm, 2 to 3 hr. Cut log into slices to serve with corn on the cob, other hot veggies, fish or steak.
