Chai Tea Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 Bold Chai Tea bag 0
  • 1/2 cup skim milk 125 mL
  • 1/2 tsp sugar 2 mL
  • pinch ground cinnamon

Directions

  • Step 1

    Steep tea bag in 1/2 cup (125 mL) boiling water, 5 min. Remove bag, strain well and discard.

  • Step 2

    Heat milk in a microwaveable cup on HIGH for 1 min. Use a milk frother or whisk to whip milk until frothy.

  • Step 3

    Stir sugar into steeped tea. Pour frothy milk over tea and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
