Apple, Cheddar & Bacon Pie

prepared pie shell
peeled, sliced (1/4-in./5 mm thick) Granny Smith apples
bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
grated Aged 5 Years Canadian Cheddar Cheese
lightly packed brown sugar
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Pre-bake pie shell according to package directions. Lower oven temperature to 325°F (160°C).
Toss apples with bacon, cheese, brown sugar and fresh thyme. Spread evenly in pie shell. Bake 1 hour and 10 min. or until apples are tender.
