- Compliments Naturally Simple Frozen Wild Haddock Fillets, thawed and patted dry

- all-purpose flour
- 75 mL
- 4 tbsp
- Compliments Mayonnaise
- 60 mL
- 1 cup
- panko breadcrumbs
- 250 mL
- Cooking oil spray
Directions
- Step 1
- Preheat air fryer to 360°F (180°C). Season fish with salt; dredge in flour and shake off excess. Spread mayonnaise on both sides of the fish, then press into panko and shake off excess.
- Step 2
- Spray both sides of fish with cooking oil. Cook in air fryer for 6 min; flip and cook at 400°F (200°C) until light brown, 3 to 4 min.
- Step 3
- Serve with baked or air fried Compliments Frozen Fries, tartar sauce and lemon wedges.
