The creamy interior of the bloomy rind will be a hit with everybody —from little ones starting to enjoy cheese to adults who love subtle flavours. Brie is also versatile. Dress it up with tropical salsa, top it with pear and hazelnuts, bake it with honey and thyme — even throw it on the barbecue. Or simply take it to the park, Parisian picnic style, with our artisanal French baguette and ham.

Try not to store Brie with any strong-smelling foods, especially once it has been cut, to prevent the absorption of surrounding aromas. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
