* We've allowed for 250 g (1/2 lb) boneless or 375 g (3/4 lb) bone-in meat purchased per serving, or whole units required. "With extra" indicates some seconds or leftovers. Quantities are approximate. Canada’s Food Guide suggests about 125 g (1/4 lb) of raw, boneless meat per person. Proteins can include lean meats, fish, beans and eggs. Please note any restrictions on gatherings that apply to your jurisdiction.
