Easy Spaghetti Lasagna
- Cook 450 g Compliments Spaghetti following package instructions, 7 to 8 mins; drain and return to the pot. Stir in 1 egg and ½ cup of Compliments Parmesan Shredded Cheese.
- Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat; add 1 chopped onion and cook, stirring until golden, 4 mins. Add 450 g sausage (casings removed) and cook, breaking up with a wooden spoon until browned, 5 mins. Stir in 680 g can Hunt's Thick & Rich Original Pasta Sauce and cook until bubbly.
- In a medium bowl, stir together 475 g tub of ricotta cheese, 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, 1 egg, 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil, and ¼ tsp each salt and pepper. Spread ¾ cup of pasta sauce mixture in a 13 x 9-inch (3 L) baking pan, half of the spaghetti mixture, ricotta mixture, and 1 ½ cups of Compliments Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, then repeat. Bake at 375°F (190°C) until cheese is melted, 30 mins. Broil until golden brown, 2 mins.
Tip: Swap sausage for equal quantity Gardein Plant-Based Ground Be’f to make it a meatless meal.
Plant-based Fried Rice
- Cook 3/4 cup Compliments Jasmine Rice following package instructions, fluff with a fork and let cool. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook 2 finely chopped green onions and 1 minced garlic clove with 4 tsp vegetable oil. When garlic is golden, stir in 1 cup thawed frozen mixed vegetables, reserved rice, 2 tbsp VH Lite Soy Sauce and 1 tbsp VH Hoisin Stir-Fry Sauce, stirring until flavours are combined. Stir in 2 tsp sesame oil.
- Meanwhile, mix ¼ cup VH Sweet and Spicy Szechwan Stir-Fry Sauce, 2 tbsp hoisin and 1 tbsp water in a medium bowl. Add 225g pkg of Gardein Suprême Chick'n Filets (simulated chicken) and gently toss to coat. Place filets on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake following package instructions. Serve over fried rice.
Sweet & Salty Pudding Parfait
- Stir together 1 Snack Pack Chocolate Pudding with 1 tbsp whipped toppping in a bowl and spoon into a glass. In another bowl, stir together 1 pk Snack Pack Chocolate Fudge Pudding with additional 3 tbsp whipped topping and spoon into same glass. Garnish with 1/3 cup Angie's® BOOM CHICKA POP® Sea Salt Popcorn and sprinkle with 1 tsp shaved chocolate.

CONAGRA SCENE EXCLUSIVE PROGRAM CONTEST 2024
(the “Contest”)
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Full contest rules and no purchase entry methods available here. Contest runs from 12:01am on March 21, 2024 and ends at 11:59pm on May 1, 2024. Open to legal residents across all provinces of Canada excluding Québec who have a valid Scene+ account, and who have reached the age of majority on the date they enter the Contest. There is one (1) grand prize to be won. The grand prize consists of 1,000,000 Scene+ points (ARV $10,000.00 CAD). There are four (4) secondary prizes to be won, one (1) secondary prize will be allocated to each of the following regions: West, Safeway, Ontario, and Atlantic. Each secondary prize consists of 100,000 Scene+ points (ARV: $1,000.00 CAD). The prizes have no equivalent cash value, are non-transferrable and no substitutions will be made. Correctly answered skill testing question required. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
