Pull Apart Garlic Parmesan Rolls
- Thaw rolls covered in refrigerator overnight
- Remove pan from fridge and let proof at room temperature in a warm spot on your counter until doubled in size, approx. 60 minutes
- Remove the cover, bake rolls at 365°F for 18-22 minutes, until golden brown and baked through
- Let cool slightly, remove from pan and serve
All Butter Danishes
- Place frozen Danishes on a sheet pan – 2 rows of 2
- Place in fridge overnight
- Remove from fridge and leave at room temperature for approx. 25 mins
- To proof, place a glass baking dish on the bottom rack of the oven and fill it with boiling water. Place your tray on the middle or top rack and shut the door. The steam and heat from the boiling water will create a warm and steamy environment for the dough. Leave in oven for approx. 20-25 mins
- Remove from oven and add desired filling (approx. ½ of each container of filling into each Danish)
- Bake at 370°F for 15-20 mins or until golden brown
Mini Danishes
- Place frozen Danishes on a sheet pan – 2 rows of 3

- Remove from fridge and leave at room temperature for approx. 25 mins

Mini Croissants
- Place frozen Mini Croissants on a sheet pan – 2 rows of 4
- Option for making Cheese Croissants: spray top of croissant with water using a spray bottle and then roll top in a shredded cheese
- Allow to sit for 30 mins at room
- temperatureBake at 350°F for 18 - 22 mins or until golden brown
Cinnamon Buns
- Remove tray from freezer and allow to thaw in refrigerator overnight
- Pull from refrigerator and remove lid to proof
- To proof, place a glass baking dish on the bottom rack of the oven and fill it with boiling water. Place your tray on the middle or top rack and shut the door. The steam and heat from the boiling water will create a warm and steamy environment for the dough. Allow the buns to double in size
- Bake at 350°F for 15 – 20 mins or until golden brown
- Once baked, remove from oven and cover the tray with a clean wax piece of paper
- Place a flat clean baking tray over the wax paper and flip over so the buns don’t stick to the tray. Use caution when handling, this will be extremely hot!
