To make the Cilantro-Lime Slaw:

Use a knife or mandolin to very thinly slice 4 cups red and/or green cabbage and ½ cup red onion. Whisk ⅓ cup fresh lime juice, 2 tsp. Compliments Natural Liquid Pure Honey in a large bowl until combined. Season with garlic powder and salt to taste. Add shaved vegetables along with 2 cups shredded carrots and 1 cup chopped cilantro. Panache Teriyaki Salmon Skewers + Short Grain Rice + Baby Bok Choy + Maple Miso Soy Sauce + Edamame + Avocado

Turn grilled teriyaki salmon skewers into an easy-to-make, beautifully composed rice bowl using cooked short grain rice, grilled baby bok choy, shelled edamame, sliced avocado, green onion, pickled sushi ginger and drizzle with a miso, soy and maple sauce and a sprinkling of sesame seeds.

To make the Salmon Skewer Rice Bowls:

Prepare Panache Teriyaki Salmon Skewers following package directions. Toss halved baby bok choy and green onions with sesame oil in a large bowl, then grill on a BBQ over medium heat until tender and grill marks form, 3 to 5 min. Chop green onions. Whisk 3 tbsp hot water and 2 tbsp white miso paste in a medium bowl until smooth. Whisk in 4 tsp Compliments Organic 100% Pure Maple Syrup and 2 tsp light soy sauce.

Serve salmon skewer, bok choy, green onion, shelled edamame, sliced avocado and pickled sushi ginger over cooked short-grain rice. Drizzle with miso sauce. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, if desired.
