From a single horse-drawn meat cart in 1907 to a modern Canada-wide grocery chain of more than 1300
stores, Sobeys is celebrating 100 years of service and tradition. We are proud of being a part
of the communities we serve, and our story simply isn't complete without your contribution.

By submitting my Sobeys Story ("Story") to Sobeys, I agree to the following terms:
- I irrevocably grant Sobeys and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively "Sobeys") the worldwide, perpetual and non-exclusive rights to reproduce, publish, distribute, use, and modify the Story in all media. I acknowledge that Sobeys is not obliged to use the Story.
- Sobeys may publish and distribute my name, likeness, photograph and home city/town/village in association with the Story. Sobeys may also use my name and address for the administration of Sobeys' website and the Sobeys stories received at this website.
- I agree that the sole consideration for me is the possibility of Sobeys publishing the Story. I shall have no claims to any compensation in any way related to the Story or rights granted under this Agreement.
- I waive all moral rights in the Story.
- I acknowledge that Sobeys shall exclusively own copyright in all collections and compilations of stories submitted to or made available by Sobeys which may or may not include my Story.
- I guarantee that the permission of no other person or entity is required for Sobeys to exercise all rights to the Story.
