Recipe Ingredients

4 cups chicken broth 1 L
24 oz 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables 750 g
1 cup prepared Alfredo pasta sauce 250 mL
 

Recipe Directions

  1. Bring the broth to a boil in a Dutch oven set over high heat.
  2. Stir in the vegetables and reduce the heat to medium. Simmer for 6 to 8 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp. Stir in the Alfredo sauce and heat through.
