Alfredo Vegetable Soup Recipe
Serve with your favourite sandwich!
Recipe Ingredients
| 4 cups | chicken broth | 1 L |
| 24 oz | 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables | 750 g |
| 1 cup | prepared Alfredo pasta sauce | 250 mL |
Recipe Directions
- Bring the broth to a boil in a Dutch oven set over high heat.
- Stir in the vegetables and reduce the heat to medium. Simmer for 6 to 8 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp. Stir in the Alfredo sauce and heat through.
