Beef Meal Makeover

Some kind of meat every night because I have a family of carnivores! So it's like pasta with chicken, a roast beef, a pork loin, chicken with rice, another pasta dish...

We are getting bored, bored, bored...

Use any cut of meat designed for fast cooking or grilling in this recipe, and also chicken if you prefer (but add a little extra cooking time). The mushrooms can be any type you like such as shitake, oyster or Portobello. This is a quick weekday recipe that is based on everyday meat and potatoes with flair using red wine for a richer sauce. You can also substitute apple juice for wine.
