Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In bowl, stir chicken with barbecue sauce and hot sauce until coated.
Lay half the tortilla chips on a large pizza pan or baking sheet. Scatter half the chicken mixture, Cheddar cheese, blue cheese, celery and pickled jalapenos on top. Repeat with another layer of chips and remaining toppings.
Bake 10 min., or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with green onion. Serve immediately.
Substitute pickled jalapenos with fresh seeded and sliced jalapenos.
